Recruitment Banner
For The Culture Project, one of our departments within the nonprofit is the Recruitment department. We need 25+ missionaries every year, and we recruit from the college campus. We need our missionaries in order for our mission to run. The more CP expands to different dioceses, the more missionaries we need each year. I collaborated with the Chief Creative Director to create a sub-brand specifically for the recruitment department targeting college aged students.
Every month, the missionaries or recruitment team travel to Catholic Campus/Newman Centers around the US to share about the mission of The Culture Project. Along with the Recruitment Accordion Brochure for the recruitment branding project, I created a stand up banner for the tabling events.
The first banner is the one that will be in production. The second banner was one of the few design options for a stand up banner.
